The on-line shop of the APIMAB website has been set up by the company APIMAB which is the operator of this site.
The company APIMAB is registered in the Register of Commerce and Companies of Clermont l’Hérault under number B 353242886000. The registered office of APIMAB is at Clermont l’Hérault  34800, Route du Lac - France.

All orders taken for a product appearing in the on-line shop of the website apimab.com imply the prior consultation of the general conditions herein.
Therefore, the consumer acknowledges being perfectly aware of the fact that his agreement concerning the content of the general conditions herein does not require the handwritten signature of such document, inasmuch as the client wishes to make an on-line order of products presented within the framework of the website shop.  The consumer has the right to safeguard or edit the general conditions herein, it remaining clear that both safeguarding and editing this document are at his sole responsibility.

The on-line shop set up by the company APIMAB within the framework of the website includes the following information:
-    legal notice permitting accurate identification of the company APIMAB;
-    presentation of the basic characteristics of the goods proposed;
-  indication, in European currency, of the cost of the items, as well as delivery charges, if applicable;
-    indication of methods of payment, delivery, or execution;
-    the existence of the right to retraction;
-    validity period of offers or prices;

All of this information is presented in French and in English.  The consumer declares having the full legal capacity to enable committing himself under the general conditions herein.

 

Article 1: Entirety
The general conditions herein express the entirety of the parties’ obligations.  In this sense, the consumer is acknowledged as accepting unreservedly the entirety of the stipulations contained in these general conditions.

Article 2: Object
The object of the general conditions herein is to define the parties’ rights and obligations within the framework of on-line selling of goods and services proposed by the company APIMAB to the client.

Article 3: Contractual documents
The contract herein is composed of the following contractual documents, presented in decreasing order or hierarchy:
- the general conditions herein;
- the order.
In the event of contradiction among conditions contained in documents of differing rank, those of higher rank will prevail

Article 4: Entering into force - term
The general conditions herein come into force on the date of signature of the order.

Article 5: Electronic signature
Validation of the order is constituted by an electronic signature which, between parties, has the same value as a hand-written signature.

Article 6: Order confirmation and proof of the transaction
Order confirmation
On registering an order, you will obtain the number of your order and a recap of it. By keeping it or printing it out, the client keeps the proof and the date of his order that APIMAB recommends him to save. You will find the historic and the follow-up of your orders in your client account. Sale will be considered concluded unless in the case of expiry of stocks as contained hereinafter. Note: This email confirms that the client’s order has been acknowledged by APIMAB and not that the Product(s) ordered is/are available.

Proof of transaction
The computerised files, kept in the APIMAB company computer systems under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as the proofs of communications, orders and payments carried out between the parties. Filing of orders and invoices is done on a reliable and lasting support and may be produced as proof.

Article 7: Delivery term
Products are despatched directly. Product offers are proposed within available stock limits. In the event of unavailability of a product once an order has been passed, the client will be informed accordingly by email.
- Payment by bankers card: delivery time guaranteed by post, 3 days.
- Payment by cheque: delivery time guaranteed by post, 3 days.

Article 8: Payment
You may pay for your order either on-line by bankers Card, Visa or Mastercard, or by sending a cheque or your bankers card number by post. Debit by bankers card takes place the minute that the order is passed.

After notifying your contact details, a recap of your order and the total including all taxes, you will be given the transaction number. Carriage Costs for INDIVIDUALS
FRANCE: they are automatically calculated :
Your order is under 99 €.  Transport/packaging COSTS = 4.90 €
Your order totals between 99 € and 150 €. Transport/packaging COSTS = 0.00 €
Your order is over 150 €.  SURPRISE GIFT !        Transport/packaging COSTS = 0.00 €

ABROAD:
Transport is calculated according to weight (see table below)

Carriage costs for PROFESSIONAL RETAILERS:
FRANCE:
They are calculated according to the total amount of the order, as follows:
= 5.00 € for an order under 76 €
= 8.00 € for an order between 76 € and 153 €
= 0.00 € for an order over 153 €

ABROAD:

Article 10: Your on-line order
Consider printing a copy for yourself, we will send you your final invoice by email, fax or post.  When we receive settlement, we will send you the goods.

Article 11: Protection of personal data
In accordance with the Computing and Freedoms law dated 6th January 1978, you have a right of access, of rectification, of modification and of deletion regarding the data that concern you. Article 12: Returns policy
The client has a period of 7 working days to return, at his own expense, the products that he does not want.  This term commences from the day of delivery of the order to the client. All returns should be notified in advance by sending an email to APIMAB (contact@apimab.com). APIMAB will notify the consumer by return of the address to which the product should be returned..

We will only accept products that are returned complete, in their original, intact packaging, and in perfect conditions for re-sale.
In the event of an exchange, re-delivery will be at the client’s expense.

Note: we would recommend that you use a registered delivery service (type colissimo suivi) so that you have a record of what you have sent.
