Propolis, a matter for the specialists!
Gathered straight from the hive by scraping the cells, Raw Propolis contains about 40% impurities
(waxes, vegetable fibres, pollen and even dead bees, sand…)!
In this state, it cannot be assimilated by the organism. Our Laboratory has perfected purification techniques in order to remove these impurities

Purification of raw Propolis
Different stages are necessary to obtain pure Propolis : homogenization of the different batches of Propolis (French Origin only), dissolving in an alcoholic base, filtering, settling. Those last stages enable to remove all impurities.
The different processes are cold-realized in order to preserve Propolis activity.

By this mean, we obtain two types of liquid extracts :
LAEP (Light Alcoholic Extract of Propolis – 14% SPE) and EADP (Dense Alcoholic Extract of Propolis – 43% SPE). A complement of their transformation enables us to produce Powders with exceptional fluidity : MPP 18 (Micronised Pure Propolis – 18% SPE) and MPP 30 (Micronised Pure Propolis – 30% SPE). It is from those pure extracts that our products are elaborated.
